Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is concluded electronically between the seller identified below and the buyer (“Buyer”) who purchases a digital product/service through the Guardbee application.

Buyer

The Buyer’s name/title, contact, and billing details are those recorded in the Guardbee account and payment record at order / payment time.

The Agreement covers sale, collection of the price, and digital delivery of the ordered digital credit pack and related Guardbee software services. Scope of the service is set by the Terms of Service.

The product price is the amount shown to the Buyer in the app at order time. TRY charges may apply FX conversion at payment time. Payment is made via PayTR. The seller is subject to the rules of the payment institution collecting the payment.

The product is digital; there is no physical delivery or shipping. After payment confirmation, credits are added to the Buyer’s account. Delivery is deemed completed when credits are credited to the account.

• has read the Pre-contract Information before ordering,
• requests immediate performance of the digital service and understands the legal consequences for the withdrawal right where applicable,
• account information is accurate,
• has authority for any scan targets (Terms of Service)

and accepts these terms.

Statutory withdrawal rights and digital content/service exceptions for consumer Buyers are reserved. In addition, Guardbee may accept a 14-day refund request for online credit packs from the purchase date; the process matches Pre-contract Information and the Terms. On approved refunds, payment is returned via the provider and credits are deducted.

For failed or cancelled transactions at the payment provider (bank / PayTR), no separate refund arises for amounts not collected; the seller will correct erroneous double charges.

The seller must credit the ordered digital credits. The platform is provided “as is”; completeness of scan findings is not guaranteed. The seller may suspend service and refuse refunds for unauthorized use, Terms violations, or abuse.

Order and account data are processed under the Privacy Notice and Privacy Policy.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Mandatory jurisdiction of consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts is reserved for consumer transactions. Otherwise, Istanbul (Central) courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction.

The Agreement is formed and enters into force electronically when the Buyer completes payment / confirms the order. The seller may update this text; the current version is the one published on the website. Material changes apply to new orders placed after the change.
