Pre-contract Information Form

This Pre-contract Information Form provides the information that must be given to the Buyer before distance sales made electronically through Guardbee.ai, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. By completing payment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this information.

The Buyer is the individual or legal entity that creates an account on https://app.guardbee.ai and purchases a credit pack or related digital service. Anyone acting for a company represents that they are authorized to do so.

The contract covers digital credit packs for the Guardbee security / privacy scanning platform and related software services. There is no physical goods delivery.

• Credits are used for scan modules and related app features (typically 1 credit per module; current packs are shown in the app).
• The service provides technical visibility and decision support; it is not legal advice, an audit certificate, or a security guarantee.
• List prices are in USD; for payments in Turkey via PayTR, the TRY amount may be charged using the exchange rate at payment time.

The price shown in the app at checkout (and any applicable taxes / FX conversion) applies. Payment is taken online by card via PayTR. Card data is not stored on Guardbee servers.

Delivery method: Digital. No physical shipping.

Delivery time: After successful payment confirmation, credits are normally added to your account immediately or within a short time. Technical interruptions may cause delay; the seller will complete delivery within a reasonable time.

Delivery address: The Buyer’s Guardbee account (digital environment).

Consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts. However, where performance of digital content / services begins immediately with the Buyer’s express request and the Buyer is informed that the withdrawal right may not apply, the statutory exceptions may apply.

As a commercial policy, Guardbee also allows a refund request within 14 days of purchase for online credit packs. Request via the contact form or hello@guardbee.ai. After approval, the refund is processed through the payment provider and related credits are removed from your account. Refunds may be refused in cases of fraud, abuse, or Terms violations. Consulting, on-premise, or custom offers are outside this 14-day policy.

Mandatory consumer venues remain reserved; otherwise Istanbul (Central) courts / enforcement offices and consumer arbitration committees / consumer courts may apply as required by law.

Upon payment, the Distance Sales Agreement, Sales Policy, and Terms of Service apply together. Personal data is processed under the Privacy Notice and Privacy Policy.
