Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are between Guardbee.ai (“Guardbee”, “we”, “us”) and the individual or entity using the service (“you”, “User”). By creating an account, signing in, starting a scan, buying credits, or otherwise using the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you invite team members to a workspace/brand, you are responsible for their compliance with these Terms.

Guardbee provides automated security and privacy-signal scanning for digital assets you are authorized to check, discovery crawls, reporting, BeeAI-assisted explanations, and related account features. The service is for technical visibility and decision support only. It is not legal advice, an audit certificate, a certification, or a guarantee of security.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Features, scores, findings, and recommendations may change over time.

Registration and scanning require a corporate work email. Consumer freemail addresses (e.g. Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo) are not permitted. Brand and scan targets must use a hostname that matches your corporate email domain (including www and subdomains). Circumventing access controls is prohibited.

All responsibility rests with you. For every target you submit or instruct Guardbee to scan (domain, URL, application, API, subdomain, etc.), you represent, warrant, and covenant that:

• you own the system or have valid written authorization from the owner,
• scanning and crawling does not violate laws, contracts, or third-party terms, and
• you will not infringe third-party rights on the target.

Unauthorized scanning is prohibited. You alone are responsible for unauthorized or incorrect targets and for any resulting harm or claims. Guardbee assumes no responsibility for such use.

• Scanning or crawling systems without ownership or authorization
• Using freemail or mismatched domains to circumvent access controls
• Attempting to disrupt, abuse, overload, or attack Guardbee or third-party systems
• Malware distribution, fraud, spam, or other unlawful activity
• Reselling, leasing, or sharing access/credentials in violation of these Terms
• Presenting reports or BeeAI output falsely as an “official audit,” “legal compliance approval,” or similar

Scan results, scores, prioritization, and BeeAI explanations are generated automatically or semi-automatically and may be incomplete, incorrect, or outdated. All decisions, remediation, patches, configuration changes, legal/compliance assessments, and business outcomes are solely your responsibility.

Guardbee is not liable for missed findings, false positives/negatives, downtime, data loss, reputational harm, regulatory penalties, third-party claims, or indirect damages. Final assessment of your security posture and risk acceptance is yours alone.

Except where required by mandatory law, Guardbee disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted or error-free operation, security, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Guardbee is not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, data loss, business interruption, reputational harm, or indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages — even if advised of the possibility.

Guardbee’s aggregate liability arising from these Terms or the service is limited to the fees you actually paid to Guardbee for the relevant workspace in the twelve (12) months before the claim; if no fees were paid, liability is zero. In no event is Guardbee liable for your or any third party’s acts, omissions, or unauthorized scans.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Guardbee and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, costs, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising out of: (a) scanning unauthorized or incorrect targets; (b) your breach of these Terms or law; (c) use or misuse of reports / BeeAI output; or (d) actions of users in your workspace.

Credit packs may be purchased online in-app via PayTR. List prices are in USD; PayTR charges TRY at the exchange rate at checkout. Card data is not stored by Guardbee.

For online credit packs, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase via the contact form or hello@guardbee.ai. Once approved, payment is refunded through the relevant provider and related credits are removed from your account. Refunds may be refused in cases of fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

Consulting, on-premise, and custom engagements are outside this 14-day refund; separate contract terms apply.

The Guardbee platform, software, brands, design, and content belong to Guardbee or its licensors. You receive only a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service under these Terms. Reverse engineering, copying, or creating derivative works is prohibited except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Notice (KVKK) and Privacy Policy. Scan outputs may include data exposed by the target site; keeping outputs confidential and using them lawfully is your responsibility.

We may immediately suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, present legal risk, involve abuse, or attempt unauthorized scanning. Termination does not create an additional refund right beyond the 14-day refund, if applicable.

We may update these Terms. The version published on the site is effective when posted. Continued use after material changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul (central) courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer venue rules where applicable.
