1. Controller

For Guardbee.ai services, Guardbee is the data controller. Contact: hello@guardbee.ai.

2. What we process

Account details (name, email), workspace / brand data, domains you authorize, scan results, and technical logs (IP, browser, timestamps). Card data is not stored by Guardbee; online payments are processed by PayTR.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process data to deliver the product, keep it secure, provide support, improve the service, and meet legal duties. Scans run only on assets you are authorized to check.

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share it with infrastructure, email, and payment providers (PayTR) as needed to run the service, or with authorities when legally required.

5. Retention and security

We keep data for the service period and applicable legal retention windows. Access controls, encryption, and monitoring are applied. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed; we follow incident notification processes if required.

6. Your rights

Depending on applicable law (including KVKK where relevant), you may request access, correction, deletion, or objection. Use the contact page or email hello@guardbee.ai.

7. Cookies

We may use cookies for session, language preference, and essential analytics. The product can also check cookie-security signals on your sites; that does not replace your own site cookie policy.
