1. Scope

This Sales Policy summarizes payment, delivery, cancellation, and refund rules for digital credit packs and related software services offered under the Guardbee.ai brand by Guardbee.ai (sole proprietorship). For full terms see Pre-contract Information, the Distance Sales Agreement, and the Terms of Service.

3. Product / service

There is no physical goods sale. The subject is digital credits used in a Guardbee account and software features such as scanning / BeeAI / reporting. Current packs and prices appear in the app and on the pricing page.

4. Order and payment

Orders are placed via in-app checkout.
Payments are processed via PayTR.
Credits are not added for failed payments.

5. Delivery and shipping

Shipping: None. Delivery: Digital — credits are added to the account after payment confirmation. For delays or technical issues, the seller provides support through the published contact channels.

6. Cancellation, returns and refunds

For online credit packs, a refund may be requested within 14 days of purchase. On approval, the amount is refunded via the payment channel and credits are deducted. Refunds may be refused for Terms violations, fraud, or abuse. Custom / consulting offers follow separate contracts.
